IMPRESSION: * Ganglionic cyst measuring 26 x 21 mm is seen arising from the transverse acetabular ligament region of left hip joint and extending inferiorly into the intermuscular plane between proximal adductor muscles. Lesion is extending along the course of the obturator nervep branches. However, no changes of denervation. No edema or atrophic changes in the visualized extent of adductor muscles. * Bilateral hip & S.I joints are normal.
