Lost two teeth in an accident 2.5 months back. It's been 1.5 month that I had placed Dental Implants for those missing teeth. One adjacent teeth also got chipped a bit. I have pain in both adjacent teeth when I touch them. Pain is also not much but worried. No fracture also in those teeth. Will pain get reduced over time.

Yes, the adjacent teeth do appear chipped in the OPG. I would recommend visiting your dentist to have the adjacent teeth thoroughly evaluated. If a root canal treatment (RCT) is required, it should be done as soon as possible, followed by the placement of crowns on those teeth. The sooner you get the RCT done, the better the outcome is likely to be.
Next Steps
RCT followed by the placement of Cap

Hi! Your X-ray shows root stumps still present near the implants (11, 21), which could be causing pain. Also, adjacent teeth might have nerve damage due to the trauma. I recommend getting a CBCT review, removing the root stumps if not already done, and doing RCT if the adjacent teeth are non-vital. Please visit your dentist soon to avoid complications.

You need to get the root canal treatment (RCT) done on adjacent teeth. Kindly get them treated and replace the crown with a artificial cap. If not done then the pain may increase.
Next Steps
Root canal treatment of adjacent tooth

Hi, Visit your dentist and get a clinical examination and check for any cracks on the teeth. It could be due to chipped tooth.
