Hello sir... OPG seems your left side has little chance for nerve damage...Right side seems normal.... Difficulty in mouth opening also due to wisdom tooth impaction.... paraesthesia (TEMPORARY LOSS OF SENSATION) during removal of third molar is normal and it gets corrected within some months..... your third molar should be removed surgically followed by Analgesics and antibiotics.....

kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation and management

Right side not much chance. Left side there is chance of paresthesia numbness which generally goes away after sometime. Get a CBCT done to see the teeth in 3 dimension to determine whether the risk is actually there or it is incorrect representation on the OPG

Hi. Your mouth opening is reduced because of the infection around the root of the wisdom tooth. The nerve is not that near, so do not worry. U r having referred pain around the ear. Extraction is the only solution and also, the wisdom tooth is damaging your 2nd molar too. So, plan for the extraction soon. First u will need to start antibiotics, and have a adequate mouth opening prior to extraction.
Next Steps
Do warm salt water rinses twice a day. It will help reduce the inflammation and increase mouth opening.

Extraction is the ultimate solution to all these symptoms. Mouth opening will slowly improve post extraction. You need not worry. Look for a specialised doctor near you and go for it.

A little numbness can sometimes occur if the tooth is lying very close to the nerve. Do not worry, it generally resolves after a few weeks or so
