You have PCOD appearance of the ovary .
Mostly you have dominant follicle in either ovary .
This is not alarming and can be seen sometimes .
More important is to know if you are having regular periods . Having PCoD sometimes can end you up with delayed periods sometimes upto a year or so . It is very crucial to have one period at least every 3-4 months to keep your lining of womb healthy and safe .
