You can try and engage in relaxing activities at night which can include-- limiting your phone time , taking a warm shower , practicing deep breathing techniques and meditation before sleep to calm your thoughts. Try and avoid heavy meals and caffeine during evening time . You can also go for regular exercise to maintain your overall health . Try and join some hobby class which you always wanted to like . Try and talk and spend quality time with your close family members and friends. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and formulation of a treatment plan through which you can learn healthy and positive coping strategies.
