Hello practo user I can understand your difficult situation. It seems that you are unable to cope with the situations which are contributing to the stress and these distressing symptoms of overthinking , inability to sleep and loss of interest in activities . You can try and engage in relaxing activities at night which can include-- limiting your phone time , taking a warm shower , practicing deep breathing techniques and meditation before sleep to calm your thoughts. Try and avoid heavy meals and caffeine during evening time . You can also go for regular exercise to maintain your overall health . Try and join some hobby class which you always wanted to like . Try and talk and spend quality time with your close family members and friends. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and formulation of a treatment plan through which you can learn healthy and positive coping strategies. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
