Im 38 weeks 1 day pregnant

I had internal check up and doctor said im 1 cm dilated and head level is at -2 getting pressure pains at buttocks  in scan fetal weight is 3460 gms and Head circumference is 331 mm can i have normal delivery with this weight and head size.
