Ibugesic plus dosage for 2.5 years baby

Hi, My daughter is having fever since 10 hours please suggest me the dosage for Ibugestic plus syrup, She is 2 and half years old. Also please let me know which one between ibugesic or calpol syrup will best suited in this condition since the doctor had prescribed ibugesic plus few months back when she had similar issue. Please suggest. Regards, Arun

Any temperature above 100 F is fever. Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. Give fever medicine as per weight of baby not age If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion It that accordingly. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

Dear parents,        Fever is result of some disease in body & paracetamol only reduces temperature for 4hours. Better consult a Paediatrician near by.
