Ibs???? Please help!
Is paste like yellow stool, common with ibs? No matter how much fiber i add, how much water i drink, majority of my stool is like this.
I eat apple, banana and oats daily at morning for fiber.
I don't ever eat junk food(totally stopped since a year)...
Is this ibs? Also if I drink milk or eat spicy, i have observed smelly farts will come after that.. please guide..
Lft, cbc, urine, thyroid all normal.

That's common with ibs. But ibs is a diagnosis of exclusion. That means your sy ptoms could be also because of some other issue. Unless you have been investigated for the condition, you cannot be conclusive of ibs. There are some medications for ibs. For that and more treatment plan plz consult
