IBS-C since 7 months unable to cure.

I have been diagnosed with IBS in the month of April 2020 and had used many medicines from different doctors and nothing had helped instead those medicines made me constipated. Now I'm using only some medicines to control and regulate bowel movement and providac capsules. I need a better probiotic which has better success in curing IBS. 1billion CFU seems not enough for me. Please suggest a better way to cure IBS.
