I have ibs and other medical problem like heart burning frequently to go bath constipition Poor appitate Also im very sensitive person. Docter advise me citanew(escitalopram) and dexlanaprosole and liprax. Before taking citanew i have some sexual problem like early discharge and less intrest in sex some time. But after taking citanew for only 5 days i feel much better in sex drive like normal and satisfy timing and intrest.  Better sleep. I want to query i read side effect of citanew like liw sex drive but i feel opposit. Why this happen any problem or a good thing
