Iam having 3 mm kidney stone
Which methods are best to remove that 3 mm stone
I wanted to get rid off that stone in 1-2 months .is that possible naturally . With out mecinces ?

Less than 5mm renal stone which is single, no hydronephrosis or not having severe pain is managed conservatively. Means only symptomatic treatment and follow up with urologist every 6 months to 1 year is needed. Also these type of stones are usually reported on ultrasound which is not a very sensitive method to detect renal stones especially if you have no pain.Usually an xray KUB or NCCT is best to see a stone if suspected. RIRS is good for removal of small stones usually > 5mm. Stone this small size rarely needs surgery.
