My problem with mental heath started without any tragic event or loss in life. I was anxious, stressed in the beginning because my thoughts were fearful. In year 2009 It happened. after 2 years i diagnosed with depression. doctors prescribed commen medications sertraline paroxetine etc but all failed. my symptoms are loss of interest and pleasure in activities, loss of concentration, worthless and no mood reactivity. now i am taking described medications which improved my concentration and focus. now i can think clearly but loss of interest and pleasure are not getting better. please suggest me
