Choose good n healthy options like lots of fruits veggies , healthy fats as dryfruits . Go n do exercises with protein diet . Eat less oily n masalas etc. no fried foods n sweets . Take a calorie rich,high protein and high fat diet.Take meals at regular intervals.Do not skip breakfast. Do light exercises for 30min/day to increase your appetite and digestion. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Hello, -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
