There are only four methods of getting HIV. 1) Born with HIV (mother to baby transmission) 2) Sexual intercourse 3) Substance abuse, sharing syringes and needles. 4) Blood transfusion. Your getting a splash in the eyes is not a known method of getting HIV. How do you intend to get the blood splashed in the eyes ?
