I've scrupulosity
I'm taking these medicines for ocd and I feel better from before but I see so much side effects like white discharge coming from the breast I'm unmarried. It's not too much but if I touch my nipples it comes, and I've pain in breast and a burning and tingling sensation in the breast and pain in left armpit. Difficulty in concentration.these things came after taking medicines. Like my anxiety has become low now but thoughts still come but I can manage it now. I get repetitive thoughts- it's distressing and intrusive. But my anxiety has become low but thoughts still come. And I can't concentrate when I'm praying. During the treatment I got bruxism and headache too but now it's not coming. Sometimes I've nausea also, I'm so worried about breast discharge and pain in breast sometimes it feels heavy also. THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL THESE IS THAT OCD, I get so bad thoughts against my religion, I'm very practicing the more I try to get close to Allah the more these thoughts come,

As per my opinion, you must plan a visit and consult your doctor regarding these symptoms of breast discharge, heaviness so that your medication dose should be optimised or if needed start other medications that do not cause such symptoms. Do not bother, your OC symptoms will be improved but you don't discontinue medications as it will reverse the OC symptoms. Under guidance of the doctor you adjust the dose of medications so that improvement sustained without sides effect
