I think I have Ichthyosis Vulgaris

This condition has been with me from many years, I don't know exactly from which age. Recently I became aware of this as I had severe scales and bad and dry skin on my legs, back and hands. It's very odd looking and when I researched over the internet, I came to know this skin problem. I have done a lot of research over this and found that it can not be cured and only managed and all. I have never went to any clinic to diagnose this condition but I am pretty sure that it is ichthyosis vulgaris. What creams or oral medications should I use for this that can manage it and make my body look more normal? I would really appreciate if respected doctors here help me with this. I'll provide images to you.
