28 week pregnant I always lye on right side and sleep on right side I can't sleep on left side for more than 1 minute Kya ye theek nahi hai? Mujhe left side hi sona chahiye? Kya right bhi left k equal hi beneficial h?

Preferably  left side .you can  sleep  on right side too if you are comfortable.

left lateral position is better than right But It's ok As you want ,you sleep Comfortable position is more important

That's ok Sleep the way u want Lying on the left side increases blood flow to the baby
