I run on daily basis on grass for like 1.5 km, leaving Saturday and sunday (walk on these days) I sometimes have mild pain in my knees. I fear I may have severe problem in future if I don't take precaution,as my paternal line has incidence of airthritis, I have good diet, my weight is okay 65 kg for 5 foot 6 inch. What precaution should I take, I sometimes take cod
liver oil and fruits and vegetables. I don't eat non veg, egg stopped due to covid. Just suggestion needed
