I pulled my meniscus.

I pulled my meniscus and my whole knee is swollen and the front of my knee if starting to hurt, it's not unbearable but it's getting very irritating. It feels like the bone is the part that's starting to hurt. It hurts to bend the knee and is swollen and starting to hurt a little to stand for a long period of 30 minutes maybe and it's very uncomfortable.

You keep ice pack over your knee  and take any pain killer available to you . Consult orthopaedic surgeon
