Hi welcome & good to see your question. I can advice you that you should not take any medicine even some suggest because there is no specific medicine for this. The only way is high protein diet ( animal foods, dairy, fish, eggs, dals, pulses, etc), & sleep more, try to consume more carbs .Total calorie should 2600-2800kcal/day.
If you plan a High protein -diet then can easly gain weight 2-4 kg per month
