I'm scared since 3days and I'm not able to concentrate on my day to day activities, I have sleep problems that I don't get sleep in the night.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating.
