Hello practo user
I can understand your concern regarding your sleep disturbance. Inadequate sleep or having erratic sleeping patterns can cause distress in your day to day living ,it is usually caused due to some underlying stress which hasn't been identified . It is suggested that you follow an appropriate sleep hygiene pattern which included -- reducing your screen time on phone /laptop/ TV at night , avoid taking work to bed , have a warm and soothing bath , make yourself some relaxing tea or warm milk before bed , avoid eating heavy greasy food at dinner , try and eat dinner on the dinning table and not on the bed , switch off any other gadget at night . Try and talk to your close family members and friends , maintain regular exercise and practice some deep breathing meditation before sleeping . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for diagnosis and treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance
