Hi! I had my first
thyroid test done in March 2016 and my
TSH came as 74. Before i got my test done, I had put on 15 kgs of weight in just a month (doctors said it is due to fatigue and stress). Since March 2016, I have been using Thyronorm 100 mcg medicine and my weight was 58kgs (including my 15kgs). I didn't decrease atleast 1 kg while i was on medication. Recently, I got my thyroid test done and my TSH came as less than 0.01 and I didn't see any change in my weight. As the TSH is very low they asked me to stop my medicine and I noticed that i'm feeling more hungry and increase in weight. My body posture, mood swings, laziness and breathing issues are being a major problem due to weight. I'm 24 yrs now, 5 ft tall woman and a vegan. I would like to include a vegan protein powder in my diet to reduce weight. Can you suggest me any such protein powder or can you suggest me what I should do with my situation yo get fit and active.
