I hear people are talking about myself

I just hearing all the time people who are my neighbours always talking about myself.I do music and suddenly i am feeling i am hearing peoples voice who are talking about me all day long.It disturbs my concentration.Actually i have got prove that they are actually talk about me.My good and bad all day long.When i shift places i also started listening the same voices.So i am confused is it becoming a trauma for peoples talking or is it a trauma now i am suffering. Thank you.

The way u have mentioned seems like hallucinations. We can discuss and rule out it from pseudo and illusions.
