I have grade 2 varicocele veins in left side 2.5mm in left side this happen in one month ago and two days before I have right testicle continuous pain in scortum and test ultra sound scan in right side confirm grade 1 varicocele veins some times mild pain sometimes no pain sometimes severe pain sir how to reduce varicocele veins naturally permanently surgery needed sir please answer me this question in text sir please
