I have slip disc problem which triggers back pain intermittently. I have had this problem 3 years back also, but from past 2 months, it has again aggravated.
Get yourself assessed by a physiotherapist and will start with level one of back rehabilitation
Continue doing the exercises routinely with regular follow ups and progression
Next Steps
Visit a orthopedic if the pain doesn't subside post physiotherapy
