Dear sir.
I hope you are not suffering from any unusual worry related to something in your workplace, family issues , friends or about your health related issues (if any).
You should do one thing . Write down your daily routine in a dairy with various thought process during whole day till you sleep,avoid heavy dinner, have early dinner, avoid afternoon sleep ( you can take power nap for 30-45min), open up with your close relative / friend your issues/problems / worries. Take some time for aerobic exercises like brisk walking, some breathing exercises and relaxation techniques like meditation. You have to be sincere and disciplined with your efforts.
If problems persist for more than 1 week please see a RMP for detailed examination and investigation if anything required.
