Pain may be due to deep caries ..you should visit your dentist and get iopa (xray) done .and for now start medication Tab amoxyclave BD Tab zerodol- SP BD for 3 days

Good morning sir Pain might be due to cavitated tooth or if it's still in the process of eruption so kindly visit near by dentist to know the reason behind the pain
