your diagnosis must be schizophrenia. you have not mentioned whether   you are taking regular medications and following up with your psychiatrist.if not my advice is take your medications regularly .

Shizophrenia is a treatable illness. But without tratment it can make one's life hell. So please start taking treatment  from a qualified  psychiatrist. Response  varies from person to person and medication to medication . So even if you dont get improvement on one  medication dont loose hope as another one can be tried. Adequate doses of medications for adequte duration is the only treatment. So    start taking treatment and hope for the best.
