Firstly find the cause of gap. If gap is due to high frenum attachment then frenum needs to be relieved then close the gap.
If gap is small then midline diastema closure can be done with composite filling or ceramic veeneers and laminates.
If gap is big orthodontic treatment will be required.
Also treatment depends on adjacent teeth, lower teeth and oral soft tissues.
