I have pcos since 2017

2020-10-12 03:50:31
I used to weigh 53kgs back then in 2017, now I'm 65.3kgs, and I'm 20 years old, my height is 155cms. I'm struggling with PCOS, and I do get irregular periods and sometimes menorrhagia (heavy bleeding) for a month or two. Along with PCOS, I do have thyroid problems. The gynecologist whom I consulted said, I've to drop a few kgs to get back regular periods. I just want to know how good is Keto for stopping inflammation in the body and losing weight. If I try keto, will it be of any help?
