Usually pain is due to fissure not due to piles. So plz check it out what u r suffering from.
Constipation and indigestion are the main culprit. So plz take care .
Take more n more liquid and fibrous diet.
Avoid spicy n fried food items.
Don't sit at a place for long period.
Morning walk will be beneficial.
