It's been few months and I've noticed that I'm suffering from myopia means when I see distant objects they appear blurry... So can you please suggest me some tablets/capsules or any kind of supplements which may help me in correcting my vision..

Hi First get proper refraction test and use glasses regularly, after stabilised visual acuity you can go for Lasik/smile procedures to get rid of glasses.
