For low HB add iron rich food like pomegranate, beetroot, Green vegetables, banana, dates etc and drink pomegranate and beetroot juice daily.  For low platelet eat Kiwi, juice of papaya leaf, pomegranate etc. And keep getting your test done every 15ds.
