Hi Your MRI report shows both side neural compression with disc bulges. I would suggest you to go for immediately consult orthopaedic doctor and go for physical therapy treatment. Spinal mobilization and neural mobilization in physical therapy will be of great help. With further strengthening exercises.
Next Steps
Once you feel relief. continue with extension exercises and strengthening exercises with gradual increase in intensity. Running will help in maintenance.
Health Tips
Avoid forward bending and weight lifting.

Hi Start with McKenzie exercises. Take a hot water pack before and after for more relief. Once you got relief you should start a maintenance program . Visit a physiotherapist for best step by step guidelines . Regards
