I have issue in urethra tip

It is persistent from around 2 years I get pain sensations that too mild inside my urethra and that extends to left labia it feels like some nerve is hurting but there are no other issues I was sexually active as well This problem exists only on left side of the urethra and labia and when I am highly dehydrated I experience some burning sensations and on normal days it feels like something is there but it has still not been diagnosed I am tired of it now Please help.
