Veneers may cause sensitivity in future. Also all artificial teeth have a certain life. Your image does not show extensive flurosis. Maintain good oral hygiene and do ultrasonic teeth cleaning. Teeth cleaning won't remove flurosis stains but it may make teeth look better and healthy. If clear white teeth is your priority then do veneers. You have to take good Care of veneers.
