I have eyesight problem

I'm having myopia since 9 year old. Now I'm 21 and using spectacle of-5.5&-6 with cylinderical power of-2.25 for both eyes. If my power will stable then that should be life long or not. Can I have to use spectacle for everytime or not. Can LASIK clear my vision thus I'm using cylinder power

you will have to use glass regularly. after lasik  most likely  you must regain  at least  6/9  vision.
