I have extracted my tooth before 2 hours but now the bleeding is still goingle now to much but a little now what should i do to stop my bleeding i am getting panic

Consume ice-cream on the side of extraction and dont spit for 3days... Take some soft food properly and take medication prescribed already to u...  Don't spit after extraction just swallow ur blood and don't worry nothing happens
