Refractive surgery (C-Lasik or SMILE) is definitely one option, but you have to keep in mind that sometimes there is post-operative regression and minimal refractive error may persist even after refractive surgery. So, for your refractive error, which already is very small, surgery is not recommended. As far as Spectacles are concerned, Astigmatism (cylindrical power) is mostly troublesome (causes strain and headaches) if spects are not used. If you don't have any of these symptoms then you may skip, otherwise use Spectacles.
