Hello sir! If teeth are too big for the jaw, they will be crowded. Smaller teeth can be made bigger but the reverse is not so easy. But can be possible to do some "slenderizing" of these teeth by shaving off some of the enamel, if done properly. Also you definitely need braces. The cost varies depending on the material of braces: metal- 45000, ceramic- 60000 to 70000, lingual- 120000
