You can get excision of the lesion done when it is small. As it grows u might start noticing a bald patch over your scalp as it has no hair growth over it

Young man.. For a 35 year old student who has obviously done his research online and +/- offline, it is strange that you are looking for a "homeopathic suggestion" or treatment 🫣 Nevus Sebaceous &/or Epidermal Nevus may simply be left alone and monitored with a good digital photo 📸 🤳 record once every 6 months to a year. Only if signs like itchin, bleeding, change in shape or size or colour needs one to consult a Dermatologist. Laser and Cryptherapy and combination excision treatments are all options but recurrences are to be expected and to be honest, irritating the lesion may cause more harm than good. Simply leave alone and Alternative therapies will most certainly NOT help in this particular instance. Godspeed 🙏
