I have had a high fever and mild cough since this morning and a sore throat ... so that's why I took medicine from the doctor like antibiotics and paracetamol (Tab Gudcef CV (200 + 125) twice daily x 5 days Tab P-650 twice daily x 5 days Syrup Asthakind 7ml 3 times daily after food x 5 days) So my question is I took an antibiotic and paracetamol at 5:00 in the evening ... I had a low fever for a while, now I have a little fever again ... I can take antibiotics and paracetamol ...

Take P-650 at an interval of 5-6 hours for Fever Headache and Generalized Body Pain as and when required. Antibiotic twice daily is sufficient. Do Tepid sponging Monitor Temperature Monitor SPO2 level Steam inhalation Gurgling with salt water

Antibiotics twice daily is sufficient. Take only paracetamol if u have fever . U can take it once in 6hrs. If ur temperature is more than 100 u can give tapid sponging
