I have the back pain problem since 4years but it is cured for 2years and again started so this  is the problem it is so painful please help me to cure it.

How did it start? Any fall or lifting weights? Any leg pain? What’s ur job? Do u do lot of sitting work? Any exercise was recommended? Is this X-ray recent?
