Hello doctor, I am having a red boil on the underside of my tongue. This has been coming about once in a month, sometimes on the inside of the cheek. It pains me when it's there.but it breaks on its own in one or two days.its not painful, but just irritating.why is it coming frequently Should I worry about it Is this a vitamin deficiency or because of hormone fluctuation.should I get worried n get any tests done. Please advise . Thanking you in advance.regards

Vitamin deficiency may be the cause. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. When the ulcer occurs apply coconut oil or Zytee gel over the area twice a day. Take capsule Cobadex forte once daily at bed time for 3 months.
