The first mistake you did was ignore the ongoing pain from last 2 months...the other mistake u did was put your shoulder through stree through cross fit training...your sleeping position may or may not contribute to your shoulder problem.
Your problem could be anywhere from simple tendinitis to more complicated SLAP tear.
Get back immediately for proper treatment analysis,advice,pracautions and treatment plan.
