I have a lump under my tongue.

I barely noticed this about 6 hours ago and it had looked like a little swell but now it has grown about the size of half a pea and it is sticking out of my tongue

it looks like u hav an ulcer...is it painful..u can apply dologel in d affected area 3times daily for 3 days half hr before food....if it dosent go...consult a doctor nearby

Plz tell me in details about the problem,like history,colour, of the lump,other associated symptom like pain if any,bleeding,etc or at least post a pic of it.
