Hello, probably few days back I have made the suggestion that rest, physiotherapy and Homoeo treatment shall go at a time. In the medical history only homoeopathy has several medicine which cure  almost 90 % patients  but to get the advantage everyone one should go through proper homoeopathic characterized case recording for proper treatment else it will be fruitless.

Hello, Lower back pain with disc bulge is an irritating problem. It may also lead to disc prolapse if not addressed properly. REST remains the mainstay for the ailment. Homeopathy has wonderful remedies for curing disc bulge. We've completely cured several cases 'Without Surgery' where surgery was advised to the patient. Consult your nearest Homeopath and get yourself treated holistically. Thank you.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Bulged disc cannot be relocated by any means.... If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing  nerve root there by reduce symptoms....  If the prolapse is mild, neurosurgeon will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't work and pain in severe, then surgery is the final option... kindly consult a  neurosurgeon...you might need an MRI scan also.
