I had urine leakage problem

I used to go for walk every day in the evening for 1 and half hr sometimes I feel I should reach home urgently or else urine ho jayega and when I reach home leakage to ho hi jata  hai. In night I Dont have to get up frequently but this happens in day time now I m so scared that I go to washroom before I feel like going

Hi Are did you attain menopause? Do u have burning or dryness in genital areas? How many vaginal delivers did u have? Are you obese? Any history of diabetes/ anxiety issues/ mass you feel coming out of vaginal areas? Please get clinical examination done by gynaecologist and get treated accordingly
