I had sex with known person with hiv negative im diagnosed with para aorthic lymphadenopathy ? Am I hiv positive? I have adequate platelets and after some medications Para aorthic areas was normal am I need to concern?

When did you have sex with the mentioned person? Do you've any other symptoms like fever and diarrhoea? Lymphadenopathy doesn't mean anything and if that person didn't have hiv you won't have it unless you've had some other exposure.
